I’ve worked multiple times with Paul. He’s been knowledgeable and resolved all of our HVAC issues. I was dealing with an issue with another company and the previous homeowner and Paul was willing to write statement to support my case. They have earned a lifelong customer. I have also worked with John who has shared the same professionalism. Mary is awesome to work with for booking as well. I highly recommend the AirPro team!!!

Called multiple a/c companies that state they are 24/7 which they are not. Then called Airpro and they answered and sent tech out within 45 minutes after hours. They sent Paul and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my AC unit needing a blower motor and he was able to pick up part the next afternoon and install. Paul also did my preventative maintenance check and found other issues that I will need to take care of later. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using them for future repairs.

I used Air Pro to provide maintenance to my air conditioning unit. John was my technician and he was very polite, and got right to work. He took his time, and inspected and then checked everything on the unit to make sure my unit would continue to run through this blistering summer. This company saved my day! We woke up drenched in sweat because our AC unit went out in the middle of the night while asleep. I called another company then called AirPro for a second opinion. They were up front with their pricing for the service call which was almost 1/3 what the other solo shop was going to charge me. I've known John for years but never needed to use them until today. Not only was he on time, right at 11am even though they gave me a window of 11am-1pm on the same day which was more than I could have asked for given it's a Monday! He was honest & thorough with his assessment and gave me options to choose from for repairs. As soon as I authorized the repair he went to work and within an hour my AC was up and running again. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone we know that needs AC/heat repair. They are reasonable, honest, timely & most importantly, courteous which is so rare these days.

Paul was our savior! Our air conditioner started to not cool right around 9pm. I called a few places that stated they were 24 hours but they didn’t answer. Paul did, and noted how much it would be for the service call at night. We opted to have him come the same evening. So thankful he did! He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes and we were able to sleep peacefully that night.

I called this morning, and they were able to send Paul, the same afternoon. This is after WEEKS of waiting on another quote, from a bigger company, as they kept telling me the parts for the heat kit were on back order and "may" be here 13/31/22. Paul showed up with a van full of parts, and had the heat going within a couple of hours. I signed up for yearly maintenence with this company, and will not be using anyone else moving forward. HIGHLY recommend. Very professional, and very respectable. Paul came out again today, 4/14 for maintenance he was completely professional and thorough on steps to take. Great company to work with. Will continue to use them!.

I have been using AirPro since 2015 I had a system go bad and they were one of the better bids and have been providing services to my rental and personal homes. I still use them today. John was my recent technician and he did a wonderful job communicating things to do moving forward. Love that about this company smaller , better attention to detail and always so honest.
